Serving Avoyelles & Rapides Parish Since 1958

The HACBLA was created in 1958. It has 106 units of subsidized Public Housing in Bunkie (72 units) and Mansura (22 units) in Avoyelles Parish and Cheneyville (12 units) in Rapides Parish.

A five member Board of Commissioners governs it. We administer federally assisted housing programs funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
