- Never self-treat — no store-bought sprays or "bug bombs."
- Don't remove items from an infested room until Pest Control has treated it, except laundry
- Bag and hot-wash bedding/clothing the day of treatment; dispose of bags, don't reuse them.
- Cooperate with prep instructions, and ask staff for help moving furniture if needed.
