Pets are welcome with prior approval from the Housing Authority. Responsible pet ownership helps create a safe, clean, and enjoyable community for all residents while protecting both people and animals.

- One approved pet per household — dog, cat, bird, or fish aquarium — up to 20 lbs.
- Written approval and registration are required before a pet moves in.
- Annual shot records (rabies, distemper) must be on file.
- Keep pets indoors unless leashed and supervised; birds must stay caged.
- Clean up waste promptly and keep the unit and yard odor-free.
- A pet left unattended 8+ hours may be removed by the Housing Authority.
- Violations may lead to a 14-day removal notice and possible eviction.
