• One approved pet per household — dog, cat, bird, or fish aquarium — up to 20 lbs.
• Written approval and registration are required before a pet moves in.
• Annual shot records (rabies, distemper) must be on file.
• Keep pets indoors unless leashed and supervised; birds must stay caged.
• Clean up waste promptly and keep the unit and yard odor-free.
• A pet left unattended 8+ hours may be removed by the Housing Authority.
• Violations may lead to a 14-day removal notice and possible eviction.
