The Housing Authority is committed to providing healthy, smoke-free communities for all residents. Smoking is prohibited inside housing units, common areas, and within 25 feet of Housing Authority buildings.

  • All HACBLA housing properties are designated smoke-free.
  • No smoking in units, entryways, porches, community rooms/bathrooms, or within 25 feet of buildings.
  • Smoking is only allowed in a designated outdoor area assigned by the Housing Authority.
